After you have completed the contact form, we will set up an introductory call. This will let us understand the problem you are trying to solve, the goals and required features of the application you want to build.
At this phase a business analyst works with you who collects the main requirements to the application and helps you describe the task on a conceptual level. We make sure that the task is doable and let you know about it. Then we briefly describe the task in a document.
